The store appeared to be run entirely by juniors with no adult supervision and they seemed a little unsure of what they were doing. I ordered a storm icecream with extra caramel, but not only did I not receive the extra caramel I was given Biscoff topping instead which wasn’t what I paid for and the icecream cones we ordered had the tiniest amount of icecream on them… also had to wait quite a while just for icecream. I’m not blaming the juniors but it’s clear the store needs better supervision.

Whats the point to make a business if the customer service is shocking, does this shop have a manager or something? Just horrendous. Look the picture i uploaded. This is the “jacks fried chicken” what a joke.

Ordered from door dash. Had 2 different driver attend to collect and the second driver still had to wait. I order at 1145am and didnt receive the food for an hour!
Absolutely terrible. I even rang and spoke to a because, she told me it would take 3 minutes to get the order out. I rang back after 6 minutes when the driver still hadn't left.
Absolutely liar! Never coming back! What a joke of a service

I just came from work and had a long day. I dropped by to buy dinner so I won't have to cook and to buy the limited edition glass. I went to the kiosk and ordered a large meal that comes with the glass. I waited for 20 minutes for my order. So the girl with short hair just called my initials and just walked away. When I asked her where's the glass, she just said "unfortunately we don't have any, have a nice night" without being apologetic and just going back to the kitchen. Very rude. Worst customer service. This happened to me a year ago as well, and with the same girl. If you don't have the glasses available, REMOVE IT FROM THE KIOSK, MAKE IT UNAVAILABLE. Is it that hard to do?
Piece of advice for everyone, don't come here if you're after the limited edition glass. You'll be disappointed and rude staff.

Waited 20mins for an egg & bacon ordered through drive through. After picking up my order inside, I found the bacon under cooked and thr burger basically falling apart. This happens to frequently at this venue. Avoid unless you absolutely want HJs, but there are better options in Sunbury.
