This Hungry Jack’s is hands down the worst HJ’s in Australia. It honestly deserves to be studied for how bad a fast food store can get without being shut down. The service is a joke. Orders are wrong or missing items almost every time. Food is cold, wait times are ridiculous even when the place is quiet. This is not bad luck or a one off. This is pure incompetence and it starts with management. Whatever systems are in place here are completely broken or ignored. The fact this store is still operating with a rating this low is embarrassing. Do yourself a favour and avoid it completely. There are servo pies with higher standards than this place.

I just got home, went to eat and realised they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a Double Patty Chipotle Angus and only recieved a Single patty. Not only did I get double charged for this meal, once online and once in the store, I don't even get what i ordered. It is too late and too far to go back now. What will you do to rectify this?

Well the franchises are going down the drain as they mainly rely on machines to take order and at times they would take drive in orders but not the ones standing in the shop ? I have been several times and yes a few times its been ok and someone wil take order after a good wait. Food is ok as the veggie Burger which i order is normally not heated properly and most of the times the chips is not filled properly, I understand the staff may keep rotating but how can you always give less chips ? At times 1 price of tomato and at times 2 ? Not sure how does the standard filling change in a Burger. I can only hope it gets better and someone understands quality and consistency.

Worst Hungry jacks in the area, the staff especially the manager just walks away mid conversation. We’ve avoided coming back to this one for a while but thought we’d give it another go. Food came out looking squashed and we dined in. We ordered on the screen/kiosk there’s no signage that they ran out of promo glasses. We ordered 4 x large meals to get the glasses. Wasn’t even told when we got up to the counter. We had to ask and go told some lie, at least let people know before they order. The frozen drink with the sour pearls should be mixed in. Why would you load all the sour pearls at the bottoms of the drink? Nothing like the photos. Rude untrained staff, terrible burgers and poor customer service. Your supervisor should also stop speaking in Hindi to our staff.

Really enjoyed my visit here. The food was hot and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and served everything quickly. I’ll definitely come back again!
