Pretty disappointed. had a small wedge chips and lasagna totalling $14.40. The portion that they gave me is so small (look at the pictures. No I didn't eat it. Look at how clear half of the side is.)
Lasagna only had three layers, and the portion served to me had no meat or vegetables at all despite being advertised in the menu. It was also lukewarm too.
The only redeeming thing here is the chips that is still crispy (but lacks any salt). Thats it.

I should have read the reviews before even considering buying here... The overwhelming 1 star reviews sum up my experience too. Food was gross. I threw it out. Avoid

The Mac n' cheese here is AMAZING. The wraps are scrumptious, service is good. The only takeaway is that the owner is very rude and often yells at the workers - Despite the other bad reviews here, I highly reccomend getting some mac n' cheese here.

Purchased a Chicken Schnitzel foccacia that I was advised by staff had just been freshly made.
They toasted it for me and the staff member was very pleasant.
The glass tops of their warmer and sandwich fridge were horrible and sticky.
First bite in, the outside was warmed from having been toasted, but the chicken inside was fridge temp cold and disgusting!
I took it straight back and advised the concern, to which a staff member came out from the back and started ranting at me that they will not refund me and she picked up a hot schnitzel with tongs and kept waving around telling me my only option was to have her make me a new one. I was so repulsed by the grime of the store, poor quality of the food already served and the complete rudeness of the staff member.
Do not support such a dirty, and rude business.

I ordered some chips, drink and veggie sandwich. The bread of veggie sandwich was hard and it could be felt that it’s been made from couple of days ago. As a customer I refused saying that I need fresh bread because I am pregnant. The old lady who must be the owner came out and started saying that it is fresh bread. She brought the bread packets from inside to try to insist me to have the bread, but I tried to explain her politely that I am pregnant and I cannot digest I know better what is better for my health. She started shouting, aggressively, and saying that I am abusing her food. I was trying to politely tell her that I am not abusing, but my health is first I don’t want it. I don’t want it. I bought the other chips and drink. Chips were also not fresh. the old lady needs to know how to do customer service the way she was presenting her shop the way she was speaking to me was not appropriate. I am not suggesting this place to anyone.
