Very disappointing. 3 large chips only either half or three quarters full. 2nd time this has occurred .will not be a 3rd. Seems to be a pattern with this outlet

Disgusting, every time I go here, I end up with either stale, old food, or undercooked chips with no salt at all, and sometimes, they even add in hair too just to sweeten the deal! Do not shop here, they do not meet the same standards other KFC stores do Regarding the picture, no one in my family has black hair :/

My partner bought fried chicken from your store on Sunday10 August 2025. Please watch your quality control and how long your chicken is left sitting which cause's bacteria and contamination. We have all been sick with food poisoning. We have been ill for 2 days. This is what happens when the store is run by kids with no idea how serious food contamination can cause serious issues. Be mindful and yes it was this store not the other store in Sunbury. Train your staff on the importance of food handling and safety. Do you cut and paste replies? Seems your poor practices still haven't changed from 5 months ago. When we feel better you'll get an email. This should not have happened.

Very disappointed!! Ordered teriyaki burger box tonight, only 1 of the 3 chicken pieces had the sauce on it, no sesame seeds to be seen. No cutlery or napkins provided, I was on the road on the way to an event so I couldn’t even have the potato and gravy without a spoon. Do better please!
