Extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. My order payment was declined due to a glitch in the McDonald’s app (not my fault, as my card is saved for automatic payments). When I went to collect my order, the staff handed me three soft drinks and asked me to wait in the bay.
A few minutes later, the store manager came out abruptly, demanded I return the drinks — which my young son was holding — and took them away in a rude and confronting manner. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she said, “I’m not giving you my name, you can stand here as long as you want,” and slammed the window shut.
Instead of apologising for the app’s payment error, she told me to go through the drive-through again, wasting another 20 minutes of my time. To make matters worse, I later found the order was wrong —gave us Sprite instead of Coke Zero — and the drinks had gone flat.
The manager’s behaviour was unacceptable, unapologetic, and unprofessional. McDonald’s should seriously review the staff conduct and customer service standards at this store.

Opoto serves perfectly grilled whole chicken — the meat is tender and juicy, while the skin is lightly crispy and full of smoky aroma. Pair it with their spicy dipping sauce and you’ll want to come back again. Clean place, friendly service, and great value for money! 🍗🔥

This McDonald’s in Truganina VIC was one of the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The tables were covered in oily grease and rubbish was everywhere inside and out. The staff weren’t wearing gloves and were touching the food with their hands. I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Went during a calm time. The food was well prepared. The large sundae I ordered was filled so high it was overflowing, and the chocolate shake my cousin ordered had plenty of chocolate flavouring. The floors were a bit sticky, the tables were a bit salty and some were left with trash, and we requested to have the food delivered to our table but we ended up grabbing it. Overall, the food was the highlight of our trip, great effort.

Visited on 15/12. There were a family that were apparently waiting for 30 minutes... while there order was sitting ready to go, and was cold by the time anyone realised. We then saw this cold food get repacked for orders from the drive through. Then our own food, we had ordered a coffee that had been made, and was again sitting randomly and was only given when we asked for it (after we had the rest of our food)
