The food quality here is good, but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. I ordered a veg grilled sandwich via Uber Eats, and instead of the regular bread they normally use, I received a different round bread. When I called to ask about it, the staff were dismissive and rude. They insisted that this was the bread they “use now,” even though I had the same sandwich just days earlier with the original bread.
This is not the first time this has happened, and the response I received was unprofessional. Staff need to learn to be polite, respectful, and honest with customers. Good food loses its value when customer service is handled so badly.
If you value respectful service, think twice before ordering here. The staff badly need training in basic customer manners. Good food doesn’t make up for dishonesty and rudeness.

I ordered chicken fried momos and was really disappointed. They were half-cooked, had barely any filling, and the overall quality just wasn’t good. Even the shape was unusual — not a big issue on its own, but the undercooked dough and lack of filling made the whole dish really unsatisfying. Definitely not worth the money.

I ordered chicken tikka, anticipating the mouthwatering, spiced delight that it usually brings. Instead, I was served a bland, unappetizing gravy stir fry that left me sorely disappointed. The flavors were muddled and uninspiring, making for an utterly regrettable meal. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again!

I have ordered Chicken momos, Achari chicken and Rajma chawal and spent $72 on it.
I would have given a negative rating if I had a choice.
There were barely any rajma in it and momos were pale and disgusting. Achari chicken was way too creamy and could not be enjoyed at all.
I had to put all the food in the bin because it was not edible. I would like a full refund on my order, not happy at all.
