What a disgusting experience going to this McDonalds. Rubbish everywhere. Food on floor in the cooking preparation area. Dirty, uncleaned tables. Vandalized seats. Wouldn't ever eat there again. McDonalds and the owner/manager should be ashamed of themselves. Clientele was a reflection of the restaurant too. Dodgy.

If I could, I would give service and atmosphere less than 1 star. The amount of noise that the workers were making was unbelievable. They had Casulausic playing in the dining area, other music in the play area and blaring, inappropriate music involving curse words and certain provocative actions in the kitchen which drowned out the rest of the restaurant. On top of that, the machine beeping was the cherry on top and we had to leave due to bekng overstimulated. The workers did not care about who else was in the vicinity including young children. I would not recommend this place given a much more professional McDonald's is located 5 minutes down the road. Food was average so I recommend only getting drive-thru

I am posting this experience to express my disappointment regarding an incident at your restaurant involving the manager’s behavior when I requested a substitution of the sesame bun for a regular bun due to my son’s sesame allergy. When I asked why there was an additional charge for this substitution, the manager responded rudely and dismissively, which I found both unprofessional and upsetting. It is my understanding that other McDonald’s locations do not charge for such substitutions, especially when they concern food allergies, which are serious health matters. The manager’s attitude not only lacked basic courtesy but also failed to acknowledge the importance of accommodating allergy-related requests without extra fees. I urge you to review this matter and ensure that your staff, especially management, handle similar situations with greater sensitivity and professionalism. Customers with allergies should be able to trust that their concerns will be met with respect and understanding, not discourtesy.

Eren, a new worker at the drive thru, was great and took her time to make sure she got all of our complicated order correctly. It’s great to get good service at maccas finally, we will definitely come back again! Thank you Eren and her manger for making our meal an enjoyable one!

Ordered on the app and waited 30 mins for our order in the waiting bay, the only one who tried to help us in the bay was a female staff and I didn't catch her name unfortunately Went inside to finally check on our food, and the manager was stood at the fries section IGNORING US despite seeing us standing there. The previous female staff who helped us was the only one who approached us and followed up what was going on Please tell me why the manager had the audacity to then go off on his staff for "their mistake" when he pathetically stood there doing nothing and couldn't even offer an apology. Do better.
