Crispy, juicy chicken with a refreshing matcha drink — simple, satisfying, and hits the spot every time. #genastar

Frozen Fanta machine wasn’t working so they made my drink anyway. 1/4 drink, 1/4 foam. Nuggets were soggy and wet, never experienced this at a Maccas before, they could not have not noticed. Looked like KFC nuggets. On the plus side this was the first time in 2 years they put my sauces in the bag. This was a really good Maccas til about 4 years ago. It’s now terrible.

Food is good and usually served clean. Service is quick and respectful. I only ever use the drive-through as it's quicker. But I noticed in the past few months, the staff are not filling up the McFlurry's to 100% of their usual contents. Their much smaller, only around 70% of what should be in there in terms of soft serve. I know this because the cup size hasn't changed and it looks really obvious. I'm not sure if that's intentional by the staff or just an accident but if I'm paying for a McFlurry, I would expect to be getting 100% of what I paid for, not 70%. So I gave one less star for that. Their food serving practices seem a bit concerning in that respect.

I ordered two chicken burgers online — one spicy, one not spicy. One with sauce, one without. Including delivery, I paid $30. But when I opened the order, I was shocked: they gave me four pieces of bread with NO meat inside! I went to the store to ask, and they told me they could only give me one piece of chicken, because the second one had a note “add sauce only,” so they didn’t include meat. Is this reasonable?? I paid for chicken burgers — how can you deliver burgers without chicken? Is there no logic or fairness here? If you don’t want to sell food, you can just cancel the order! No need to treat customers like this. Seriously, think about it — someone buys chicken burgers, and you give them four buns for $30. Am I supposed to say thank you? $30 for four pieces of bread — really?

Google Parent Tip

I walked in with family and place looks so filthy. All tables were full of used trays cups and dirty. No one bothered to clear them. Staff and manager didnt seem to notice massive trash everywhere in restaurant. Didn't seem hygienic at all to eat here.
