I'm honestly fed up with this place. Every time I get takeaway, something is missing — either the burger or the fries. Every. Single. Time. If you don’t check.
Today, I rushed to double-check the order and guess what? It still happened.
So here's my question: If this keeps happening, is it just how the restaurant operates — part of its broken culture — or is it the staff not caring enough to do their job properly?

Gone multiple times in the past and no problem, the last 2 times I’ve had a grease soaked sponge as a bun, and while trying to take it out of the bag it fell out of the greased logged burger box. Chances are it’s a single employee I’ve had to deal with both these times but please just do a better job

Their presentation and care for detail, is one of the best. Their wraps are spot on and neatly made unlike some other Mcs. and the staff are amazingly relatable and caring. It hasn't always been this way, so keep the vibe.

This must be the worst Maccas store as far as service goes.
We are always guaranteed to have an item missing or several from every order we make.
Upon ringing the store and notifying of this we always get ‘ I will let the team know’.
Clearly the team doesn’t know or doesn’t care because it continues to happen.

I visited this McDonald’s today and was disappointed with the overall experience.
The service was slow and my order was incorrect. The playground areas were closed and the tables were dirty, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.
It definitely needs more attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and customer service
