Got there and the drive through was completely empty. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. We ordered 3 coffees. Got to the delivery window and only received two. Asked about the 3rd and the person rudely insisted we only ordered 2 and would need to go back around. Around we go and it’s now busy. Get back to the speaker and the person had forgot to order the 3rd. We go and pay and she looked like we had put a bee in her bonnet. Receive the third coffee and it’s half full. Food was also cold.
If you want poor service and bad attitude, come to this McDonalds. If you want good service and things done right, go to the McDonalds a bit further up on Manningham Road.
This McDonalds consistently stuffs up orders and the staff look so disinterested and I get working at Maccas isn’t the most fun job, but have some kind of motivation.

We recently hosted a party at McDonald’s Heidelberg and it exceeded all of our expectations. From start to finish, everything was well organised, fun, and stress-free. The kids had an amazing time and were entertained the whole way through.
A special thank you to Liv and Amy, who were fantastic hosts. They were energetic, friendly, and did an incredible job keeping all the children engaged and happy. Their effort really made the party memorable.
Highly recommend McDonald’s Heidelberg for kids’ parties – a great experience all around!

Drive through told my mum off with a fowl language and saying Oh my god for wanting an apple juice instead of coke for the drink then threw it into her hand huffing and puffing. She looked like a minor and my mum in 50+ years of age. Don’t hire workers with no respect as we will keep complaining because we don’t deserve workers like this when they’re are other people with great attitude looking for work. She was blond and young. I told the manager and she laughed and said ok then walked off on us in drive through and done nothing about it.

Woke up hung & thought Macca’s might fix the problem. Heidelberg on Bell thx for the love in preparing a burger. Can’t even spread the fillings around evenly. You’re sure to be an asset to future employers

Went through the drive-thru around 2:40am and the guy working had the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Macca’s. Super friendly, positive attitude and just made the whole experience better. Honestly didn’t expect that kind of energy at that hour — give that man a raise !!
