Very bad experience waited 2 minutes for worker to turn bowser on could see him just sitting on his phone drinking a coffee like he’s not working pretty poor service didn’t say a word when I paid didn’t even ask if I want a receipt. Disrespectful staff and absolutely useless staff

Bought a chicken & mushrooms pie for a quick lunch on the run, my husband went for the chunky steak pie. What a mistake. It was microwaved, so pastry was soggy. The filling was revolting mush. This has got to be the worst pie I have ever had. Stay away from this rubbish. Next time I'm in a hurry, I'll go for a 7 Eleven sandwich.

Attempted to fill up at 9:00 PM and discovered that the pump had been shut off. After waiting several minutes, we were called over the PA by the attendant and told we needed to pre-pay if we wanted fuel. We watched 2 other customers called into the station by the attendant over the PA. When asked as to the reason why, the attendant told us it's United policy that all customers must pre-pay after 8:30 PM. I strongly disagree with this policy as United is conveying a strong distrust in treating every customer like a potential criminal. This is not the Australia I know, as we're not a low-trust society like the United States. For this reason I won't be supporting this United ever again. I hope United losing long term customers completely to make up for a small amount of lost profit is worth it in the end for their margins. EDIT: It'd be nice to see an actual response from United rather than an insulting copy-pasted reply. Definitely won't be spending money here again.

Have been using the U wash car wash for a while now but for the last 6 months there is absolutely NO FOAM coming from the foam brush. You get to smudge muddy water around your car. Initially thought there was a technical issue and would be fixed next time. Now, 6 months later and still none! Never coming again. Ps y’all United sell “birthday” cakes but no candles ? Why? Seriously.
