Ordered an ice matcha latte… got a strawberry matcha…. How does one person mess up this badly?? Personally, the strawberry is NOT good and makes the drink unappetising. And to make it funnier, the drive thru person handed us 4 soft drinks when I only ordered/asked for 2

I went with my friend last night on the 23/7/25 at around 11pm, the horrible manager in the drive through had the most appalling attitude. My friend asked her to give us one second, she actually waited one second and said can I have your order again. My friend once again said give me one second, she replies what for? in a smart tone, we reply because we’re looking at the menu?, she tells us to hurry up. My friend replies what time do you close? She says we’re open 24/7 darling, we then say so why are you rushing us? She replies and says I have no time! Without saying anything we reversed out and drove to the other Hampton park McDonald’s. Mind you we were the only car at the time. It was actually shocking we thought we were being pranked, that lady needs to leave because she clearly is miserable. I called to speak to her she hung up the phone? worst manager I’ve encountered.

We usually go here me and my husband, mostly out of stock frappe and sometimes cold chips but this time we ended up with the milk cap, we didn’t bother going back or creating any fuss about it as my husband was late for work but it’s really unhygienic and sad that it happened. I have taken the photo when we found out to make a complain which we never did just stopped going there.

I ordered this today with my meal my kids ordered happy meal. This is what my frappes looks like when I open the bag leaking everywhere. Had to put a bowl underneath very disappointed they just open a week ago not even yet they have the nerve to make shortcuts. They could at least change a new one it’s hard fellows. Open 5 days and they already create controversy and complaints from other customers.

Food was cold, dry and not fresh at all chips tasted stale, large chocolate shake I ordered was only half full, runny and didn’t look like chocolate at all. Didn’t even drink it! To make matter worse the staff member who put the lid on the shake and put it in the cup holder would have noticed both the emptiness and weight of the shake to know it was not right and she did NOTHING to fix it. Was not even busy in the drive thru I was the only car there
