I had a fantastic experience with Lumbar & Co! The chef is very professional, kind and attentive since he really takes time to listen and talk with customers. The team was knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly cared about my comfort. The space stays inside Brimbank Park and it is clean, calming, and beautiful. Sue, behind the coffee machine, is an absolute star. An excellent barista, she takes pride in crafting the perfect cup every time, always professional and precise. What makes her stand out is her ability to remember every customer’s name and order, adding a personal touch that makes you feel like more than just a customer.

A big shout out to Rick and Paul for the best customer service experience ever, their hospitality is something you pray to come across 🤍 the steak sandwich was outstanding and the cake was everything!! The scenery while we ate was something out of a book. Highly recommend 👏

Lumbar cafe scones do not disappoint. What a beautiful spot to spend a Sunday afternoon. The staff are friendly and the food is fantastic.

What a great cafe. Found it by accident and am so glad I did. Great food and coffee. The location is exceptional and in this cold weather have a great fire pit to stay warm if outside. Inside is also warm and cosy. Staff are so friendly. Can’t wait to go back for lunch but for now I can say the coffee and scones are excellent.
