Very disappointed. I always choose Hungry Jack’s over McDonald’s, but this Angus burger is completely burnt. It makes me think they reheated it and served me something someone else had returned. Also, my daughter ordered her drink with pearls, and it came with no pearls at all.

Got lemon & pepper tenders with a chicken Royale with chips. Tenders were disgustingly oily and dark, probably the oil hasn’t been changed for a while. The fries were full of oil and could squeeze it out. Not coming here ever again.

Wanted to try the new gravy whopper burger but found an extremely long piece of blonde hair in my burger that was covered in the gravy. Thankfully I was still in the carpark so I went back via drive thru, told the worker what happened and they said they would replace the burger.
When I got home I realised that they gave me the wrong burger…
So so disappointment with this location and I’m never coming here again.

Should be able to lest than one star. Food is disgusting. Fries so salty inedible and can count fries including mostly tiny pieces. Definitely no value for money. Would we come again NEVER. Guess they don't care. Probably have forgotten word of mouth

Used to be good. Don’t know who the new hires are but they have consistently week after week either forgotten items in online orders, or made the worst burgers you’ll ever see. Shame on hungry jacks
