⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding — A Must-Visit Food Truck Experience
I’m genuinely blown away by the quality and attention to detail at this food truck. They serve Wagyu with a marble score of 7, cooked perfectly to a medium rare—tender, juicy, and incredibly flavourful. The chimichurri is vibrant and fresh, balancing the richness of the beef beautifully, and the mushroom sauce is top-notch, earthy and luxurious without overpowering the meat.
One of the highlights is the bone marrow spread over toasted bread. It’s rich, buttery, and adds an unforgettable depth of flavour something you’d expect at a high-end restaurant, not a food truck. The overall presentation and portion sizes are generous, and everything tastes premium.
Their customer service is just as impressive. The team is warm, polite, and genuinely welcoming, taking pride in the food they serve. You can tell they love what they do.
Seasoned chips, perfectly golden and crispy, complete the meal simple but executed flawlessly.
This place is a gem. High-quality ingredients, incredible execution, and exceptional service. Highly recommend an absolute must-try.

Shut the gates! Such an amazing new food truck focusing on the perfect Wagyu bite!!
Honestly, blown away, so worth it!!! Cooked on a charcoal but you get that perfect medium rare bite every time, can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, everything was so damn good!!
Our favourites though were the bone marrow sliders with the chimichurri!!!!

Extremely expensive raw sub-prime cuts of meat. 200g worth is probably a stretch. Garlic bread meh…. Chips are the most expensive ones I’ve had in my life ! Chimichurri was good that’s about it. Don’t trust social media!

Luckily the food truck is situated local and close enough to Bayside for us to give this a go. Arrived just about 5 mins after 6pm on a Saturday evening and waited in line for about 5-10 mins to order. Don’t be fooled - we waited a tad over an hour for our food.
The menu is simple - the Marrow Pack or the Sliders and dependent on which sauce you would prefer to go with either choice.
However we waited an hour for our food, which is fine but again another social media hyped up place. We’ve tried various cuts of waygu from other places in Australia and around the world - and all I can say is - it’s ok. I can’t confirm it looked like 200g of meat as when I’m at Squires Loft I order the 200g eye fillet and sometimes struggle to finish that amount.
The waygu steak is sous vide and then cooked over a grilled which gives it a nice charcoal flavour. The Marrow Pack does sit on a bed of its infamous garlic bread, which is a bit soggy if you’re not eating it there.
The slider was good and as per expected, nothing mind blowing as socials play it out to be.
Unfortunately our chips were a tad on the saltier side yet still crispy when we arrived home.
A gripe to what you see on social media to what is received is the sauces. I’m unsure if you had to pay for a tub of sauce but our Marrow Pack had the chimichurri sauce already on the steak which by the time we ate, the sauce was already soaked into the bread layer and the steak.
Can’t say it was worth the wait really, it’s definitely unfortunate for people who travel far just to be turned away or advised to wait another 15 mins to order as the food is taking an hour + to be finalised.
Sometimes the use of social media is great to promote, but I think it should be taken in consideration - if it does go viral are you able to control the crowd / expectations / timing / quality.
In addition, we did notice a few people whom arrived after us (as we saw them parking) that ordered after us and received their food before us and people ahead of us, not to be direct but it did seem to be people of the like. So it seems as though they received preferential timing of food. Let’s just say my eye for detail will take note of little things like this - which makes me agree with some of the other reviews.
Would we try again? Perhaps - Maybe? I suggest paying extra to go to a high end steak place which would be more worth your money and time.
