I ordered a cake from Nanak Eggless Bakery Dandenong and they made it in the wrong colour. None of the accessories I asked for were added, and the cake looked very simple compared to what I requested. I was also charged $30 extra. Very disappointed. I called them and the lady told me will call back you within 5 minutes. Then, i tried 3 times but they didn’t pick my call. If they can charge $30 extra without giving the proper cake, they should also have the courage to talk to the customer. Very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour. Update After owner’s reply :- When I came to your Nanak Bakery, firstly I waited at your counter. A lady was standing in the back room. After that, I asked her if you have any cake-order book or any designs.She said you have to check on our page or online. Then i scrolled my Instagram and select the design. And then my little sister was also with me and she wants to eat something and after that we enjoyed the pastry for atleast 10 minutes . I had my car keys with me, and I tapped them on the counter.Despite staff being inside, no one attended for 5–7 minutes. When someone finally came out, I clearly explained my design and it was written down, but the final cake was not made as requested. Before going to party , i told to lady i am not satisfied with the cake could you please call me when your manager will come she said “okay”. Next day, i called them and lady told me could you please wait for 5 minutes i will call back you later and i said it’s fine. Then i wait for 1 hour and i tried to call them 3 times but as i mentioned before in my previous review they ignored. Then, they called me and discussed everything regarding cake and everything is okay. But, in the evening lady called me again 7 times i am at work then i called them in my break time and their tone was very loud and rude. They had already read my review at that time. Then the lady started asking me why I gave a bad review and said we could have discussed everything. I told her that I posted the review before calling them. After that, she kept questioning why I posted the review before calling.The lady told me that the phone number you gave me for the cake order — she would post it on Google as a review, and she would “leak my privacy”.Then i told her It is okay you posted my personal information (Phone number) on google as a review i will take legal action. After saying that, she changed her statements and started talking here and there. I didn’t understand what she was trying to do. It was a matter of cake not to leak someone’s privacy. You guys check your recordings if i am wrong i can do anything if she is wrong i will take a legal action because she is have no right to say these things to a customer. She should have “basic etiquette”when speaking and “She should also be aware that sharing a customer’s personal information is strictly against Australian privacy regulations.” I requested to everyone please be careful before Sharing any contact to this Nanak bakery Dandenong. Such a Worst experience.
