I asked for freshly fried fries and I came through drive thru and I asked to change and am happy to wait and the manager is the one I told about fresh and team member brought me this which is literally mixed with fries they gave me first and refried them as they are dark in colour and over salted as you can see too much salt on it as they are mad about something Im not sure eventho I didnt ask for extra salt. This has happened twice in this store the same week amd this is absurd and rude to customer service as from my side it was completely polite
Kindly review my order and give me a refund cause I couldnt eat this at all and pls make sure you train gd customer service to store persons as you can see the store is completely silent and no other customers and not busy at all

I bought 5 zinger box meal waited more than half an hour and when i got the food the food was disgusting chips were refried don’t know how many times and same with the chickens as well

Without a doubt the worst KFC I've ever had. Chicken breading was very dark and hard as concrete. The potato and gravy had a weird orange hue to it and lumpy. I ordered a zinger box and an added thigh peice of original recipe. I was given a rock hard wing, and then told they have no thigh pieces.
The chips were acceptable, although well under filled. The burger was actually not too bad. The can of solo was warm.
The whole "restaurant" was greasy, and the delivery door (next to the customer door) was gross.
Most of this meal went in the bin, and the whole experience has turned me off KFC for a while.

I really wish I didn't have to wait 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. The table weren't wiped down either and staff inside, almost non-existent. It seems like the management stopped caring, and its really sad.
