We hosted a hens function at Harvie and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning and spacious. But what really made the experience exceptional was the service. The team at Harvie were so accommodating, friendly and organised. Everything ran smoothly. Our bride had the most incredible day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue to create such fun. Highly recommend Harvie for hens parties or any special event - we would 100% book again!

Harvie has been on my list for a while now. The rooftop does have nice vibes...but they have really tried their best to pack us in like sardines up there. I barely had any space behind me and the tables are close.
The staff were mediocre. Nothing special, nothing necessarily bad. But I did see a couple of them on their phones hiding out in the corner.
Now the food. Cocktails were fine. But let's get to the food. What a huge disappointment for the Malvern/armadale area. The chicken tenders - I would be surprised if they were not out of a box. They were abismal. Do not bother with the baguette. Some of the hardest and worst bread I have had whilst dining out. Perhaps take a lesson from Malvern Hotel down the road. They will give you free table bread which far exceeds what was provided here.
We also had the arancini and the croquettes - nothing special and likely...out of a box. The only thing that saved Harvie from getting one star is the ambience and view on the rooftop.

There is nowhere better in armadale than Harvie rooftop for a sunset drink and a meal. Amazing vibes, great staff, delicious food, never pressed or harassed to be moved along after a certain time, always leave feeling so jolly and happy. Best spot is right in the corner overlooking wattletree road. Will continue to be back for years to come!

We recently hosted an event at Harvie and were so impressed. Despite terrible weather, the team went above and beyond to make the space warm, cosy and perfect for our guests. The service was exceptional, the food was beautiful, and the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend!

I recently arranged a surprise baby shower for my sister at Harvie’s function room and we had such an amazing time. From organising and arranging the day leading up to the event and the day itself, the staff were fantastic, friendly and so accommodating to all our requests. My sister was super surprised and was overwhelmed at how beautiful the space and atmosphere was. All the guests had a great time and the food and drinks were so yummy, especially the lobster and prawn roll! Will definitely be coming back again 😍
