Really nice staff! I appreciated the assistance provided by two staff members yesterday (about 5.15pm, Thurs 20 Nov) when I was looking for spray bottles and biscuits. The guys in aisles 14 and 5 were busy stocking shelves but interrupted what they were doing to help. And they didn't just tell me which aisle to go to, they walked me there and found the exact items I was after. It made for an efficient and pleasant shopping experience. Great store with great staff.

The quality of meat has been going down in recent years, but this is absurd. 20 dollars for two scotch fillets, pan fried, medium rare. Tough as boots. More what you would expect from rump. Not just this shop, but since complaints go nowhere at least shouting into the void offers some relief. Gonna find a butcher.

Such a lovely cashier !!! Bhanu was professional, soft-spoken, friendly, thorough and patient. He handled everything with care and made the whole checkout feel effortless. Juggling it all with a sincere smile on his face. Bhanu deserves a promotion, a pay rise, and maybe even his own fan club. Woolies, take note — this gem of a human is management material.

Good Woolworths located inside Malvern Central. I like to come to this store because they have a decent range in their kosher section. Many Woolworths still don't have a kosher section so it's nice to see.
