Woolworths Metro seems a classification for second rate. It was a much better supermarket when it was just a Woolworths across the road. It seems to have a policy of all machines and no customer contact and the staff tend to be rude. And the stock is more limited. Meat aisle should be one way because congested when doors open.

Too much of the same thing without variety and the basics. Eg no oxo cubes but several vegan options! No flavoured yoghurt but 5 different plain. Not to mention the over pricing!

Shocking service, young lad needs to learn some manners quick.
Terrible quality fruit and veg that appears to be on the shelf for way too long.
Only decent thing is the sushi bar but even then the sushi is overpriced.

I live locally and have for many years. Every time we drop in to pick up groceries they are always out of stock of so many items. Its seems to be a common issue here, planning or forecasting to replenish stock can be hit or miss, but provide the basics at least.

Purchased a $12.10 Macro free range cooked chicken tonight that was cooked well and only 90 min from oven removal. The bird however was scrawny all bone and skin. It was not very enjoyable.
Also the displayed green beans were of such poor quality they should not have been on sale.
I did not purchase these sub standard beans. They generate a poor store image.
