This food is absolute heaven!
We discovered Shish.co on Instagram, and even though we live on the north side, we happily drove 45 minutes just to try it and wow, no regrets at all. Hands down, the best finger-licking grilled chicken & lamb in Victoria!
The food is fresh, juicy, and full of flavour. Even the kids loved it perfectly balanced and mouth-watering.
Highly recommended for families and friends. The price is totally worth the quality and taste. We’ll definitely be back again with the family 😊

Shish Co does some seriously good charcoal chicken wings, and the chips were also solid. The chips did get a bit soggy from the wing juices, but they still tasted good. The wings were split in half, which made them easy to eat, and they were charcoaled perfectly. I honestly would not change a thing about the wings.
The chips were seasoned with a red spice mix that was really good and paired well with the wings. The seasoning tied everything together nicely.
I also ordered the adana, but this was where it fell short for me. I found it lacking seasoning and a clear flavour profile. Wrapped in the bread, it became a bit doughy, and the meat to wrap ratio felt off.
For me, the wings and chip combo is a strong 4.8 out of 5. The adana on its own would be closer to a 3.5 out of 5.

Best food i ever had in Melbourne. I ordered the Adana wrap, chicken wrap, Wings and chips, and everything came out very tasty and delicious.
The full of authentic charcoal flavour.
The lady at the front is very friendly, even when the food truck was busy. They took the time to make sure orders were correct and served with a smile, which really added to the overall experience
What really makes this food truck special is how the friendly staff and quality food come together. It’s rare to find a place where the team is this welcoming and passionate about what they do. I left feeling happy, well-fed, and appreciated as a customer.
Highly recommended — not just for the food, but for the people behind it. I’ll definitely be back again!

Order the chicken wings ribs and Adana by itself without the bread and I got charged for the salad thats in the wrap, as I was picking up my order the gentleman before me approached the two ladies and told them the chicken wasn’t cooked properly and ask to be cooked again, then I started to eat mine and saw my chicken wasn’t cooked well and asked the two ladies and the two men if I can get it cooked again the older gentleman was happy and told this is how it’s supposed to be I told him I can’t eat raw chicken and if it’s too much then don’t worry about it, he said I’ll make you some, I wait for 15mins then I saw the two ladies staring at me and there no chicken coming my way. So I left to avoid any conflict, $40 for one Adana and a can of coke and to laugh at customers is very rude specially the older man, taking peoples money and not serving them is stealing, you won’t see me again.
