As a food creator, I get to try a lot of places but Flip Stack & Co in Werribee genuinely stood out. I had their new Hot Honey Chicken Burger, and it was love at first bite. The balance of sweet and spicy, the crispy chicken, the soft bun, it’s a flavour bomb that deserves its own fan club.
We didn’t stop there. The Henburger and Crispy Henburger were both packed with crunch and flavor, each with its own twist. The Crunch Chips were golden and addictive, the Onion Rings perfectly seasoned, and the Crispy Tenders? Dangerously good. Everything was fresh, hot and made with care.
The vibe at the truck was warm and welcoming, with fast service and a team that clearly loves what they do. It’s not just a food truck, it’s a flavour destination. If you are in Werribee and craving something bold, comforting and joyfully crispy, Flip Stack & Co is a must-visit.

The food here is good, especially the fries. Honestly, they should be teaching the rest of the world how to do fries. They’re on another level: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. We had planned to dine somewhere else, but we’re so glad we didn’t and ended up eating here instead.

Bringing loud flavour, UFO-style smashed patties and bacon so crisp it shouldn’t work but absolutely does. Add sweet potato loaded fries with a please and thank you and you’ll understand why Werribee keeps this place crowned with local legend status.
It is the kind of place where you will find UFO style smashed patties not seen anywhere else in Melbourne.
When it comes to chicken, the BLAC Henburger absolutely slaps with its crazy-crisp bacon that looks hardcore but tastes elite, and an avo-guac situation better than most brunch spots can manage on toast.
And the Hot Honey Chick Burger could be another headline act if only it had a thicker chicken piece and a heavier hot honey drizzle but still a solid new addition to their menu loving the almost Nashville taste to it all.
The Crispy Tenders were moorish and if we couldn't fit another thing in, we couldn't pass up on their Picante Loaded Sweet Potato Fries With Grilled Chicken which was almost a meal on its own - but get it with sweet potato fries for chaotic perfection!
The patties, the sauce selection and the loaded fries are the holy trinity here. Think big flavour, zero-fuss fun and a great place to chill as Summer approaches.

got the og bullger with double patty, BLAC henburger and a side of fries and everything was delicious and the customer service is great! the sauce in the og bullger was so yummy and the fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. definitely hit the spot and will definitely come back maybe with the dogs next time 🐶
