Bangalore Cravings exceeded expectations with authentic flavors and excellent quality. The dosa was perfectly crisp, and the masala puri tasted just like the original recipe from Bangalore. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for genuine Bangalore food, this place is highly recommended.

Excellent joint- this is as close as it gets to experiencing a Bangalore darshini!
Thank you - everything is on the money. I would suggest though that the Sambhar definitley needs a bit of work from providing a distinct Bangalore taste. Otherwise nothing to fault. I spoke to one of the founders wife- who was nothing but kind. One of the founders who was assisting with the payments within the truck also offered to make a badam milk for our toddler. They go out of their way to make everyone well looked after. Hoping their Amazon story translates into a restaurant soon.

The food at Bangalore Cravings is next level. From the Ghee Masala Dosa to the Thatte Idli with Ghee Podi, Goli Bajje and Tomato Baath, everything was incredible. The flavours took me straight back home. The staff were super kind and the food truck was neat, making the whole experience even better. Honestly, no place in Melbourne does it like they do. Top-notch all around!

Flew down from Sydney to try this place & boy what a great idea it was. Worth every penny I paid for the flights. These guys know what they are doing. They are all IT professionals & they are bringing the same professionalism to this venture.
I tried most of their items & every one of their item stood out & transported me straight to Basavanagudi & Kalasipalyam. The Vadas were crispy & fluffy which came with spicy green chutney & sambar. Not a big fan of sambar but this one I couldn’t ignore & had to finish it. The Kharabhat was the tastiest I have ever had. The Kesaribhat was delicious with a hint of pineapple added to it. Then comes the king itself, Mysore Masala Dosa! No actually Bangalore Masala Dosa-let’s give credit where it belongs. What a bang for the buck that was. Crispiest masala dosa in all of Australia & nothing less than Vidyarthi Bhawan or MTR or any of the Darshini Restaurants of Bangalore. Filter coffee was great to wash it all down. It’s a pity they don’t open every day of the week. The IT Guys running this Restaurant should seriously look at opening on more days or opening a bigger venue. Thank you guys for this memorable experience.

Lived in Aus for six years and this is the first dosa I’ve had that actually tastes like authentic Bangalore dosa !!!!! Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I gave up on finding good dosa in this country until today.
If you actually want amazing dosa, stop going to saravana bhavan and come here!!!
I see a few complaining about the wait time. Yes, the wait times tend to be a bit long but this is clearly a small business that started out not too long ago. I don’t care about the wait, I’m just excited to have my Bangalore style dosa 🤣🙏🏼
The only thing I’ll say is that I wish the sambar tasted more like that sweet Bangalore sambar (but it was still delicious).
We will definitely be coming back🫡
