I consider myself a GYG fan and have tried 30+ locations, so I know exactly what to expect when I go there. This location is the only one in which I have ever, let alone TWICE, had corn chips that taste like they’ve been cooked in rancid oil. Genuinely disgusting and makes you have to wash your mouth out with water. I’m really confused what is going wrong with this at this location. Pls fix this so I can keep coming back!

Swear I’ve never had an issue of waiting unless at this location. The Asian bloke with glasses who I’m guessing is the manager always just stares at the screen and ticks it as done when it’s no where close!!!
I order online so I don’t have to wait and every time I’m in there waiting around 15 mins. Worst it got was 25 and one lady kindly gave a free burrito pass but this is beyond me when I could’ve just left later if the orders weren’t getting ticked off when half made.
I lose a year of my life everytime I step in this place getting frustrated and the food is only just good enough to let it pass. If nothing happens soon gyg will be a diet choice of the past for me!

Such friendly staff, walked in with a big group of 10+, staff were patient and friendly, food came quick and delicious as always. Such good value. In the end the manager gave us free sundaes. 10/10 will return even though i’m always here xx

I could give zero if I can. It's very disappointing I have been checking all reviews now and maximum are negative it means the customer service of this restaurant is very poor plus food...I'm pure vegetarian and I was in shocked when I started eating my burrito there was a beef piece as n Indian we sacred cows and It's crime for us for eating beef....They destroy my religion and harms my integrity ...

The customer service is really bad here. I went to pickup food after work and their service is very slow. I had to wait more than 30 mins for Cheese fries and a street corn and the corn was burnt as well. I always prefer Gyg for a quick meal but this store is very disappointing. Hope this feedback is helpful.
