Unfortunately, I have experienced consistently unfriendly service. I’m not sure of the reason, but around 9 out of 10 times when I visit, there is no greeting at all — even when I greet the staff first — yet they greet the customer standing behind me.
On one occasion, the force used when handing me my change, along with an eye roll, left me genuinely confused and uncomfortable. This makes me wonder whether this is discrimination or a negative attitude towards cash payments. Either way, this does not feel like respectful service.

Absolutely deserve to be rated 0/5 Customer service. Cashier register attendant reluctant to allow multiple payment (by using 2x cards for the payment) pertaining the card that i had could be stolen and it's illegal to make multiple payment at the petrol station????? Wonderful. Manager you will receive my call!!!! Very rude and WILL NOT BE coming back!!!! Good Byee.. ST Mark 03 PTY LTD off my business!

Paid for the so called superior wash to try. No clean and still have dirt stains on all windows and screens. Don't waste your money.

I filled my car with their 91 unleaded petrol and then it ran very very bad. Before filling up it was running very well. I suspect they fill their tanks with more than 10% of ethanol. I will never return to servo for I cannot use the car as the engine misfires

I've experienced rude customer service here. Filled up numerous times at this service station due to convenience. I keep an accurate log to verify my fuel consumption and is not consistent with my car computer. I feel the pumps are not accurate. It's always 2 to 5 litres out, thats not in my favour. Im filling up at another service station now and it is quite accurate with my cars computer....It is also quite concerning about reading a recent review with water in the fuel.
