The quality of the food was poor — it felt like old stock was being served. In addition, the older Vietnamese lady serving customers became quite short-tempered when it got busy. This made the experience uncomfortable. Management should look into both food freshness and staff training.

Chips, nuggets, popcorn all soft and barely warm. Asked for a replacement on chips initially after trying one. Replacement was from the same batch and just as cold. Other food in pack was evidently from bad batch. Maybe corners are being cut and microwave is being used.

I eat this 3 times a week. Used to get so much more, now look not even full. Served by an old Vietnamese lady.

I have placed the order with a zinget burger and go bucket. They were packed in the bag nicely. Even though i brought the food home but the crunchiness still on the spot. Nice staff experience with literally no wait time.

The place is very welcoming and neatly clean through.
Staff provided a very fast and friendly service.
Definitely a good place to visit to grab a bite tender and juicy KFC.
