As a big Miss Marple fan, I was so excited to finally visit Miss Marple’s Tearoom — and it didn’t disappoint!
We were lucky to get a window seat straight away. The weather was beautiful and the natural light made the whole experience even nicer.
Fresh Chicken, Cheese & Pineapple Fingers
Definitely a must-order in my opinion. The combo of chicken, cheese and pineapple works surprisingly well — great texture and flavour. Apparently one of Miss Marple’s favourites too.
Hercule Poirot’s Belgian Waffles
Had to try this since we were there! The waffle was nice and the slightly tangy strawberry sauce paired really well. Ice cream was tasty, cream was pretty standard.
Hot Chocolate with Marshmallow
Nothing special, just your usual hot choc — depends on what you like.
Teapot of Taylors Tea
Not Miss Marple’s favourite, but it’s often called one of England’s best teas. It was decent — not mind-blowing, but worth trying.
Loved the interior as well — the walls are covered with photos of Margaret Rutherford, the first on-screen Miss Marple, which is a really nice touch.

The overall experience was very good, and I recommend this place. The place opened at 11 A.M and we had to wait outside in line. The table service was quick and nice, though. We ordered coffee, chicken cheese and asparagus fingers, mushroom soup, and Scones. The only thing we didn't like was chicken... fingers. The chicken tasted awful.

Definitely worth the visit. Such a great place to see. Delicious food. Refreshing drinks. Iconic uniforms the staff wear. Just to make it feel more real and memorable. The town is just a gorgeous place to visit too. Don't just go to Miss Marple's Tea Room without a look around town. 🙂

Miss Maple Tearoom is such a charming spot! The atmosphere feels warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing catch-up or a quiet afternoon treat. Their tea selection is wonderful and brewed beautifully, and the food is just as delightful — fresh, flavorful, and presented with such care. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d love to return to and highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a cozy tearoom experience.

It was full house when we dropped by on a weekday lunch. I would assume you will need to wait on weekends during peak. Also note that they don't take reservations
The interior is really nice and cute. Staffs are friendly. Their main course isn't the most extensive here.
Pimlico pastie - I really enjoyed the amount of vegetables that came with it and the pastry was really well done.
Cheese and chutney fingers- it was tasty! Good snack and I imagine one can get full with one portion if you get full easily
Cottage pie- decent. Piping hot! It was alright, the taste was more expected and one dimension for me to consume the whole pie on my own
House of Taylor's teapot - tasted like black tea. I just needed a hot drink due to the cold weather. Not extraordinary
Scones - enjoyed it with their jam and cream. Both nicely done and smooth. Definitely felt expensive, I will imagine it will be better shared. The texture isn't dry. It isn't your usual scone nor it tasted like a typical cake texture. It has a different texture for a scone
