This place used to be my family's go to, but the food quality has deteriorated over the years. Only has decent bun bo hue, otherwise none of the other dishes are worth eating - you're better off having these elsewhere:
- Crispy egg noodles with seafood - egg noodles is hardly crispy at all, very soggy, with very few seafood
- Sugarcane shrimp with vermicelli - skimped out on the vermicelli and the sugarcane shrimp itself is so unimpessive
- Dried egg noodles with seafood - only decent, the sauce is a bit strange for this type of dish tasting a bit peppery. Not very generous with toppings. Recommend you go to Quang Vinh in St Albans for the best version of this.

Second time at Co do and this has got to be one of the best Viet in Melbourne.
Must have - their famous bun bo hue. The flavour of the soup is just amazing and packed full of flavours.
Other personal favs - sugar cane prawns, bun xeo and quail.

The broth was the highlight — my partner absolutely loved it. The noodle soup was rich and aromatic, and the fresh spring rolls paired perfectly with the peanut dipping sauce. Simple, comforting, and satisfying.

Banging BBH at this place, my first visit to Melbourne and ate here twice with friends. Service is quick and staff are plentiful. Would come back here the next time I’m in Aus for sure 👌👌

Been to similar restaurants in St Albans, and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and prices of this one in Sunshine. The restaurant is very large and has a great atmosphere. We had the Bun Bo Hue and Banh Canh Cua.
