The food really needs improvement, ordered dosa, sambar idly, vada and bondas. Except sambar idly everything else was pathetic made of 1 material . Really disappointed with the food will never go again nor recommend. Service and ambience is good but the food is sub par.

Honestly, Chai and Dosa in Braybrook is one of those spots you try once and instantly want to come back to. The dosas are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, the masala dosa is a must try! The chutneys and sambhar are so fresh and full of flavour, you can tell everything’s made with love.
Their chai? Absolute perfection. Hot, spiced just right, and super comforting exactly what you want on a Melbourne day.
The team here are always friendly and quick to serve, and the place has such a warm, homely vibe. Prices are super fair too, which makes it even better.
If you’re anywhere near Braybrook, do yourself a favour and stop by. Easily one of the best South Indian food spots in the west! 🌟

Unfortunately, my recent visit was a letdown. I ordered Paneer dosa and it was a big let down seems like they using low quality products.The food quality was subpar, and the customer service was lacking. Despite being a regular, I didn't feel valued as a customer. Hopefully, the restaurant will take steps to improve the quality of their food and service to better meet customer expectations

Chai and Dosa is my go-to spot for authentic breakfast dishes you can enjoy all day. The keema dosa is my favourite (crispy, flavour-packed perfection!) and the mango lassi is next-level tasty. 🥭🥤
The vibes are warm and homely, the service is fantastic, and the owner is such a humble, friendly guy who makes you feel right at home. Excited that a new outlet is opening in the city soon – can’t wait!

I tried their Poori with Alu curry and it was sooo delicious. Poori was perfectly puffed, light, and crispy. Loved that. As well as the mango lassi was fresh and tasty.
Also the service was warm and friendly. Specially the lady on the counter was so friendly. The staff were attentive and i got everything served fresh and hot.
Definitely a place I’d suggest for south indian and desi foods.
