I had to make an unexpected late-night stop at Ampol Foodary Derrimut to grab some oil for my car—whoops! I hadn’t realised I had been driving for quite a while without topping it up. Thankfully, they had exactly what I needed, and I was able to wait around for my car to cool before adding the oil to get me home safely. Clean & Well-Maintained Facilities One of the biggest surprises of my visit was how clean and well-designed the entire station was. The toilets were spotless and sparkly, and the level of effort put into their design was unexpectedly impressive. It's rare to find such well-maintained amenities at a service station, so this was a definite plus. Comfortable Seating & Atmosphere I had some time to wait while my car cooled down, and I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable booth seating available. It made the wait much more enjoyable, and the overall layout of the station felt inviting rather than just a quick in-and-out stop. Safe & Well-Lit Environment Even though it was around 7:30 PM on a weekday and fairly busy, the station felt safe and secure. The good lighting and overall cleanliness added to the sense of security, making it a comfortable place to stop, whether you're traveling solo or with family. Despite the unexpected reason for my visit, I was really impressed by Ampol Foodary Derrimut. Great service, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere make it more than just a fuel stop. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone needing a break, fuel, or even a quick snack while on the road.
