Wednesday 21/1/2026, entered the drive thru with approximately 7 cars ahead of myself at 11.05 pm.
25 minutes to move to order.
No option to be able to leave the line up. Unacceptable time frame due to lack of staff. 3 staff members including manager.
$$$$ wasted in fuel amongst cars in the drive thru.
Some sort of compensation should have been offered. Discount?
Not good enough, it's supposed to be fast food.
Won't be visiting Mecca's any time soon.

Food was alright, apart from a mc chicken burger that was the size of a junior burger, what the, service fast and efficient.
But cleanliness was pretty disgusting, more than half the mc Cafe and mc Donald's tables were filthy, not cleared or wiped, the floors hadn't been done.
This l could understand if they were busy but they were not, mc Cafe staff were standing around chatting.
It's so disappointing.

McDonalds food is the same everywhere, so no issue with the end product.
Service is more or less the same.
The issue is the public who have no respect for personal space, feel that standing closer to you will make the line move faster, and gaslight when you ask them to give you space.
I get that there is zero tolerance for violence. It feels like these rules protect the servers, but leave the customers to swing in the breeze, so to speak.
It's a plague of poor behaviour that drives people on-line or to food delivery options.

Disgusting filthy place. I asked for table to be wiped and staff member pointed at the paper napkins. Old bags of food sitting on tables sticky stuff over table chairs full with crumbs.

Can I just say that the woman with the purple hair should not be working in hospitality. Not only was she openly drinking soda in front of customers but she looked incredibly depressed and spoke in a bored monotone voice barely above a whisper. Seriously awful customer service and unfortunately she seemed to be a manager.
The Indian staff seemed to be the only people moving at any speed. They were also friendly.
