Part 1:
2/3rds the value it once was, as you can see in the image.
This is 240g for a large chips (I checked and the website and got the exact weight it's supposed to be according to the site).
I asked them to top up not knowing this and was told no, this is what a large chips is, and it's not the first time... the first time it was for a popcorn Go Bucket, was told that the new portion size is the reason... Either way not worth the high price for boxes not being filled like they once were.
I was contacted by the store because of the review, they gave me a single free go bucket... And then asked I remove this review, not going to do that because nothing here is false.

Part 2:
2 months later just before Christmas update on new order. I was given the wrong twister, contacted the store who said yep, no worries, we can fix that for you, come back... It is a bit of a drive so having already driven all the way there and back to just have to do the entire route again to only get the single twister replaced felt like a slap in the face. The person I ordered the twister for has allergies, so ate only the chips so they didn't go cold/soggy. Then a good 20 minutes later got the 2nd half of their order.
Would think the mistake on their part we might get a free chips or something as a 'sorry' but no.
Honestly beginning to actually hate this location, they get things wrong and have a super low bar to cross.
McDonald's has made mistakes in the past and not only fixed the issue but replaced entire orders in excess of $50 value as a sorry. So KFC is extremely cheep and/or about to go out of business because of their base line.

Ordered burger feast deal, paid for extra dipping sauces, got 1, paid for Original stacker burger, got original crispy burger instead. Asked
For chips to have extra salt, no added salt, very minimal if that! This is not the first time items have been missed, I have let that slide, but not anymore. If I pay money for something, I expect to receive what I paid for, maybe you need to double check orders before they are handed over to a delivery driver. Pretty poor for $75

Service is always quick and the food is consistently great. I’m a regular here and they never miss — chicken’s fresh, chips are hot, and orders come out fast every time. Easily one of the better KFCs around.

The chicken wings were so tiny that it’s crazy they charge $20 for 10. When I called they said oh the supplier gives us that size. Wonder what supplier other KFCs use. Again instead of giving 2 regular packets of chips they gave only 1 packet of large chips. When it says 2 packets of chips it means 2. Do not change the size as per your wish. Spent $65 for 2 meals and 10 wicked wings to get food that was very disappointing and well below average. Shame on you.
