We just visited the Sydenham McDonald’s drive-through today to buy coffees. Unfortunately, the staff member took our order incorrectly, and when we tried to correct it, before the payment she didn’t really listen to us. We had to repeat and change the order several times before it was finally correct. There were only six coffees with three different varieties, yet it took about seven minutes just to take the order properly. And two of the mochas were cold. This made the experience quite frustrating. Hoping for better service next time.

Literally was wary about going to this maccas Location for brekkie, As I was reading reviews about food being cold. I had No choice as I was running late for work, 10 mins after I leave turns out they didn’t even add my 2 extra hashbrowns i asked for! None of them, and To make it any better, my hotcakes were cold.
Terrible service, food, overall unprofessionalism, Maybe stop giving sleep deprived children shifts at 6am.

The last 5 times I ordered large caramel sundaes they put only put a drizzle of topping down the side. Ive even resorted to ordering it with extra topping hoping to get what your supposed to get in the first place, Still the same result. The quality control is very poor.

The new store is awful.
The new aesthetic is cold, bland, and uninviting. Putting that aside, there is no outdoor dining area, no lockable bike parking, and no renovation to the bathrooms. While I was there, 5 kids had all brought their bikes into the store taking up a considerable amount of space and generally being less than ideal (tripping hazard, dirty, space).
It’s a small miracle that the bathrooms are not locked (like the rising trend across Maccas). I wash my hands before and after eating (like a sensible person), so not having to ask staff to unlock the bathroom twice each visit is nice. The bathrooms themselves are completely untouched. That’s a real shame because they’re dated (and indelibly dirty), also they perpetually stink (which would be reduced if they were ever cleaned).
The store as a whole is already dirty. This new design of store can look alright if they’re kept reasonably clean, but when there are already stains on the walls and front of the counter… All-in-all, this is my least favourite Maccas in the area now.
My Cheeseburger had no onions. There is only 1 (one!) handicapped parking space.

Since the renovation the service has gone to the dogs. If dining in, be prepared to wait awhile for your order. Seems like the priority is now given to the drive through. The service was heaps better before the renovation, and also the food is not as good as it used to be, and drinks
were watered down heaps. I'll now drive the extra distance to Taylors Lakes as that store is heaps better.
