The general housekeeping is deplorable considering the relatively quiet time of the day (11.20am) . Confronted a manager by the name of Parm. When asked who the manager is, and questioned about the housekeeping situation and how management handles housekeeping, Parm was taken aback and rude. I can understand why she wasn’t happy due to my constructive comments about the rubbish on tables n floors! Took a photo shot of her with the intention to lodge a formal complaint to McDonald’s management and she flipped!!!😂😂😂😂. She tried to call police to remove me from the restaurant but I knew my rights. I refused. Another manager of higher position by name of Manny, approached me politely enquired about the situation. He took his time explaining to me what Maccas normally do when faced with housekeeping issues. I understood why Maccas outlets housekeeping is generally below industry’s standards, especially those at the airports. The fact that he handled this situation professionally, I have decided to delete the photo of Parm, immatured and unqualified Manager

Never thought I'd wait 30 minutes for a frappe :) I came through the drive thru and ordered a coffee frappe, anyway as I pulled up to the window to collect it, the front counter girl that was there at the time slowly put the lid on my drink and was chatting to her friend about non work related stuff, then she continued to put lids on all the other drinks... anyway She went to hand over my frappe and didn't wipe the side so I politely asked her to wipe it because it had spillage on it, zero enthusiasm by the way :) I received a salted caramel frappe instead I come back through the drive thru to let them know about the mistake they had made, then a car that just pulled in got served first as I was already waiting way before them...(I was polite to the young guy but let him know that it frustrated me when he took the persons order before mine) he told me to drive to the next window about the mistake so I did I was polite about explaining to them that they got the order wrong, then she went to look into the system rather then fix the mistake, for some reason the guy put through a salted caramel. Anyway the Indian girl told me that it says caramel, I genuinely didn't see the point when its literally just one item I'm ordering.. I was then told to wait in the drive thru, only for them to make another mistake :| they gave me a large coffee frappe with crushed Oreos in it.... I..don't..get..it... how can they stuff up so badly? The young guy taking orders should repeat things back to people to clarify their order so it doesn't happen again. I ended up coming into the store because the drive thru was too long of a wait, thankfully there was a girl in the café that I believe is a crew trainer due to her uniform being different she came over and asked me if everything was okay and fixed the situation straight away. This girl deserves crew member of the year/management, she handled the situation so well. :) 11/02/2026 Time arrived: between 15:20 - 16:00 Thank you for reading. Sincerely x McDonalds supervisor

0/5 – Easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from this place at all costs. Sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes for what should have been a quick order, only to be asked what our order was FOUR separate times like they had no system in place at all. Completely disorganised, chaotic, and beyond frustrating. By the time we finally got to the window, there was zero apology, zero urgency, and the whole place looked like it was in total disarray. Staff seemed clueless, communication was terrible, and it felt like no one knew what was going on. To make it even worse, after all that waiting, the food was cold when we finally received it. For a fast-food restaurant, this was the complete opposite of fast. Absolute waste of time and patience. I will never, ever go there again.

I was extremely disgusted and disappointed with my experience at Tullamarine McDonald’s today. The playground had a massive hole in the glass of the helicopter at the highest point of the play area. This wasn’t just unsafe, it was outright dangerous! the edge was extremely sharp and a serious risk to children (as shown in the photo I took). I reported this issue to staff not once, but twice. The first time, a staff member came to see the playground, said “omg that’s bad,” and then simply went back to serving without taking any action. I went up again and the second time another staff member admitted it was unsafe, even saying “yeah I’m concerned about their little heads,” but again no one did anything. Neither of them made any attempt to block off the area or address the hazard. The safety of children should be a top priority, and the lack of action from staff was shocking. This is an urgent issue that should have been fixed or at the very least made inaccessible immediately. Very disappointed in the negligence shown here.
