I usually enjoy Starbucks and often go thru this drive-thru for my iced matcha latte. A while ago, one of the baristas told me to say “no foam” if I wanted a full drink, so I’ve been doing that ever since.
Today (16/10/25), I ordered no foam again. When I got to the window, I reminded the barista (Suki) to remove the foam. She did — but didn’t fill the drink back up. I asked, “You’re going to leave the cup like this?” She replied, “If I fill it more, it will be less strong.” I was really surprised by that answer — it made me feel like she might just add water to top it up, which doesn’t make sense. It’s never been like this before, and this barista didn’t seem to care about good service.
I showed her the big gap in the cup and said, “Look at this — does this seem fair to you?” She said, “Yeah, because you said take the foam out.” That response was disappointing. I didn’t expect to get less drink just because I asked for no foam, and said ‘if I don’t want it, I can leave the drink here’
I really like Starbucks and usually have a good experience, but this one made me feel quite unhappy. I hope the staff can understand that customers asking for no foam still expect a full cup, not less drink.

Starbucks is honestly that place you can always rely on, no matter the time, mood, or vibe. From the second you walk in, it just feels chill and welcoming, like you can actually relax there. The smell of fresh coffee hits instantly and already puts you in a better mood. The menu is stacked too, whether you’re into classic coffees, iced drinks, frappes, or something sweet like a caramel drizzle situation, there’s always something that hits. Their drinks are super consistent, like you know exactly what you’re getting every time, and that’s a big win. The baristas are usually really friendly and patient, even when it’s busy, and they don’t make you feel rushed, which I rate a lot. The food is lowkey underrated as well, especially the pastries and breakfast stuff, perfect for a quick bite. Starbucks is also a goated place to hang out, study, or just sit on your phone with a drink and vibe. The seating is comfy, the music is chill, and the whole place just has good energy. It’s also clutch that they’ve got options for everyone, like dairy-free milks and different sweetness levels, so you can customize your drink exactly how you want it. Overall, Starbucks isn’t just about coffee, it’s about the experience, and they nail it every time. Easily a 5-star spot and definitely worth coming back to again and again.

Went through the drive through at around 2:50pm (15th Feb). Left at around 3:30pm. 30 min to get through the drive through.
Ordered a Grande Espresso frappuccino and a Grande Iced vanilla latte. They repeated the order to me perfectly fine. The frappe was watery, but even worse the iced vanilla latte definitely didnt have any vanilla in it (it was not sweet at all).
The drive through line wasn't even long - we pulled up right around where the box is that takes your order - it took 30 min from that point. Feel free to check the cameras on the above details. It was genuinely a horrible experience.

Good prices and more than decent coffee's blends. Always a treat to get my early morning coffee after I wake up. Love Star Bucks. 5 stars. Also sometimes during the day but also after 8pm there is half price on pastries. Pretty good 9 reckon.

I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for a while, and my experience has unfortunately gone downhill. I became a huge fan of their matcha after trying it here the first time — it was made exactly how I asked, especially when there were two male staff members working (I don’t remember the exact days or times, but they always made it perfectly).
However, things changed when new staff started appearing. When a few of the female staff members were on shift, the matcha was honestly undrinkable and my requests weren’t met. The same inconsistency happened with other drinks too, so I decided to play it safe and just order an iced latte a few weeks ago. That one was fine — nothing special, just a regular latte.
Today I ordered an iced latte again, and it was terrible. I could immediately tell something was wrong. The portafilter clearly wasn’t cleaned properly, which gave the coffee a burnt, rancid taste, with some coffee grounds sitting at the bottom. The shot was unevenly extracted and tasted like old oils — a very obvious sign of poor cleaning.
I noticed it was the same staff member who had made the bad matcha experiences earlier. When I politely mentioned the issue, there was no apology — just an offer to “make another one.” The replacement drink tasted the same, only with extra milk. She didn’t pull a new shot or fix the actual problem, just diluted it.
Normally I don’t complain, but this was too much — especially for an iced latte. I decided to let it go, but what really made the experience worse was the atmosphere. The café was empty, and the staffs (ladies) were loudly gossiping, swearing, and talking about another colleague saying “acting like a manager when she isn’t.” Also said many other things about that colleague which was really nasty. It felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
lack of professionalism lately have been disappointing. I went there on 12/12/25 around 1500 hrs today to be specific.
