Had my 50th birthday celebration here, the process of booking the venue right through to the day, communication was great. Chloe was very helpful from start to finish. The food, service and hospitality was amazing and the person looking after us on the night was very friendly and helpful. Photo booth was a great addition so well worth it. The value for money was also spot on. Dj very friendly and everyone loved the music ( i would suggest not taking requests from guests until later in the night as i didn’t have most of my music I had requested for the night) but he was really nice and easy to talk to. I would definitely book the Hallam hotel in the future

We just wanted to send you a proper thank you for everything you did for us. From the very beginning, you were so easy to reach and genuinely supportive, it made it simple for us to trust you with something as important as our wedding cocktail reception.
We also really appreciate you switching your shift just to be there on the day. That meant a lot. You were hands-on, engaging, calm, and made the whole night run smoothly without us even having to think twice. Honestly, it felt like you had our back the entire time.

Service was fast, friendly staff.
Plenty of screens playing various sports if you're into it, and a lot of seating space. There's a pool table to pass time, and the regulars were quite welcoming too. The outdoor area has some trays for smoking. Overall a good place to spend time, I can definitely see myself coming here more often.

Hallam Hotel has a great environment and a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was great, and pre-ordering made things convenient for us.
The service staff did their best and were polite and helpful throughout our visit. However, it did feel like they were understaffed, as the team seemed quite exhausted while trying to cater to everyone’s needs. With better staffing support, the overall service experience could be even better.
