I was pleasantly surprised as the motel was much better than I had expected.
I was driving a Large truck and needed to be able to park it securely. There was ample parking. The room was quiet and pleasant with all the facilities I needed, although a small microwave in the room would have been handy.
Everything was clean and well laid out and the staff were courteous. The rest of the complex was very good, Bistro etcetera.
There was nothing that bothered me in the two days I was there.
I have no hesitation in giving top marks.

We enjoyed an excellent buffet lunch on Christmas Day 2025. Parking was easy and the staggered entry times avoided any crush. There was plenty of delicious food, including seafood, attractively presented. The staff were welcoming and attentive. It was a very well organised event, allowing plenty of room between tables and easy access to the buffet. We appreciated the quieter atmosphere in that it was easy to talk, and be heard — no poppers or whistles and a friendly but not intrusive Santa who posed happily for photos. Well done, Lynbrook!

Extremely disappointed with the “Manager” or staff member on the check in counter in the bistro.
My child was attending a birthday dinner and they refused to let me walk them to the birthday table without paying $47 as they didn’t have enough staff to “watch me” drop her off, “we’re very busy”.
They expected a minor to walk through an unfamiliar place to try to locate a table all alone - or charge an additional $47 for their parent to walk them in. No concern for a child’s wellbeing or safety - just worried about collecting $47 for someone to walk to a table.
Not one to leave reviews but this was an awful experience.

The area is awesome and food… DELISH! Lots of seating and area is calm and quiet. Toilets are very clean and well cared. This is a must visit restaurant!!! Staff was nice and welcoming. Just a wonderful place to eat and chat with friends!

Easily one of the best buffets in south east Melbourne. Two play areas for the kids, delicious food with plenty of variety; roast, curries, noodles, salads, meat platters, seafood and heaps for the kids. Have been coming for years but today’s was exemplary. Desserts on point. Also other patrons are always polite too and everyone gets along. Staff super friendly. Clean. Good food. Good price. Can’t go wrong.
