I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Hampton Park McDonald’s that compels me to leave this review. From the moment I entered, it was clear that service standards were far below what one would expect from an establishment of this brand. Staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional, failing to greet customers or provide assistance when needed. My order was not only delayed far beyond a reasonable wait time, but it was also prepared incorrectly, demonstrating a clear lack of attention to detail. Attempts to rectify the mistake were met with indifference, and the staff seemed unwilling or unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was equally unacceptable. Tables were left dirty with leftover food and crumbs, and the floors appeared neglected and unswept. High-touch areas such as counters and door handles did not appear to be maintained with basic hygiene standards in mind. The overall environment was chaotic and poorly managed, making the experience uncomfortable and stressful rather than convenient or enjoyable.
As someone who has been to other McDonald’s locations countless times, this experience was 100% disappointing. The combination of inattentive staff, unsanitary conditions, and mismanaged service makes this location unacceptable. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Hampton Park McDonald’s to anyone.

Freaking pathetic. A few weeks ago my partner went through the drive through. They were so busy talking to each other that they dropped our order on the ground & their excuse was oh, we are busy & he had to get out of the car & pick our food up off the ground & repackage it himself.Tonight we buy 2 quarter pounders & a cheese burger. This is what it looked like. And no they were not busy this time. WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM & IM POSTING THIS ON FACEBOOK AS WELL . NEVER AGAIN!

Went through the drive through today, was served by Jai a team member. I was treated very well and his hospitality made me actually like this Maccas again, honestly peak drive thru experience.
The food here is always good too, never lets me down for cheap protein.

Avoid this McDonald’s, the service and quality were both disappointing. I found an O-ring in my sundae, which appeared to come from the sundae machine. When I raised the issue, Stephanie at this location was rude and disorganised in handling the situation, and the matter was never properly resolved.

I’m absolutely disgusted by the experience I just had at this store. I ordered a Quarter Pounder and was served a burger with raw meat in the middle, and whatever dirt or dust that is on top , it’s completely unacceptable and incredibly dangerous.
To make things worse, the store wasn’t even busy we were literally the only car in the drive-thru at the time, and they still got majority of our order wrong.
This kind of service is not only disappointing, it’s appalling. I expected a quick meal, not a potential case of food poisoning.
