I can't knock the taste of the pizza, it was very good... however, just a couple of nitpicks. I ordered a couple of pizzas, "The Lot", I've removed a few items from it, like pineapple, anchovies, etc... but what I kept, (ie: peperoni) I didn't get. Simple mistake, I get it... Second pizza, paying $4 for twice the mushrooms and getting what I got, makes you wonder why bother upgrading to "2x".... but what was disappointing was the customer service. I get it, it may not be a great "career", I've done it myself, worked for a pizza place... but when the staff chooses to COMPLETELY ignore customers and not acknowledge them AT ALL, that sucks... Unless I spoke up and said "Hey, just here to pick up my pie thats just sitting there", I would have probably been ignored for... IDK, forever? You don't like what you do? get a different job. If you stay in it, put a little effort, no need to smile, no need to joke with me, just a little "can I help you?" is enough.

Absolutely unacceptable experience! I ordered a vegetarian pizza, but the store used the SAME cutter that they use for non-vegetarian pizzas. As a fully vegetarian person, this is extremely disrespectful and against my food values. I will never order again and strongly advise other vegetarians to be careful before choosing this place.

I had called and ordered a meat lovers pasta, I just got a Mac and cheese with meat on top, half the pasta and the meat was undercooked making it inedible, we had also asked for Mountain Dew but they gave us Pepsi

I’m a local and regular customer. We ordered 3 x pizzas and added chilli flakes while ordering. As they keep forgetting to add them always, I just asked the guy working there to make sure he puts chilli flakes on top. He got offended for no reason. He just dumped chilli flakes all over the pizzas and made them un-eatable. Very very disgusting, would never go back again. We threw the pizzas in the bin.
