We had a party of 10 people for dinner. I must say we were so impressed with the level of service we received from the staff and in particular, our waiter (his name was Roche). He made sure our order was perfect and went out of his way to let us know about the kids meal deals and was so friendly. The food was also lovely, not a long wait time either. We will definitely return 🙂

We recently visited Club Officer and had a mixed experience. The vibe was great, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff that made us feel welcome. However, we found the cocktails and food to be just average, especially the Thai Green Curry, which was bland and tasteless. We appreciated the overall experience and the effort put in by the staff. We may not have been blown away by the food and drinks, but the positive ambiance and service will likely bring us back for another visit in the future. Hoping to taste better food and drinks next time.

This is my kind of establishment- clean, good vibe, modern, spacious, friendly staff and great service. Our food was delicious and our beverages were nice and cold. We will dine again!

But, Recently I had incident where at the reception, guy who check the ID (Not the Aussie guy), asked me lots of questions, such as do I work here. told me to take my cap off because it’s not nice. (Around 10 people were wearing caps) And he followed me to my table and he’s showing me to the other staff as well. Not sure what happened there. Bit weird and felt uncomfortable.

I came to Officer Club a few years ago for my quinceañera. I had the three course banquet, starting with the boiled mutton with mushy peas. Main course was fried goldfish and leek pie, followed by the Taiwanese deep fried ice cream. All banquet items were ostensibly inspired by the banquet at Pascoe Vale Hotel (superior in my opinion), however the pool tables had good equilibrium and the bathrooms had plenty of urinal cakes to neutralise the famous piss odour.
This is a good place to visit for any birthday, I will happily return next time I am in the satellite village of Packenham
