I went to mcdonald’s today on the 7th of october 2025 i received a medium mega meal with an extra bit of protein in my chips. which happened to be a fly in your store , a dead one to be exact . i called you’re store and spoke to a lady who was claiming there were no flys in the store, which in very confused about as i happened to have a fly in my chips. i am very lucky i saw it when i did as i was about to give it to my child, i am very upset i had to waste food for dinner , i would love a refund but the lady that i spoke to told me the email but it didn’t work the 3 times i tried . it would be professional to check you’re store for any flies in the future because this is appalling. thankyou.

Public Holiday eve and the poor overnight manager had absolutely no help rostered!! Naomi was working so hard to get all orders out but the line was over 7 cars long and anyone who knows how to run a business would roster more than 2 people on! Mccopco get your shit together!

If you ask them to cook your food fresh it's okay. I have had a fair few times I've had to return or get a refund, until I discovered this way of ordering from here.

Great Service and Fresh Food! I picked up an online order from Cardinia rd McDonald’s around 9:15 PM today, and I just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service I received. One of the male managers was especially helpful and professional—he made sure everything went smoothly with my pickup. The food was nice and hot, just the way it should be. Really appreciated the friendly service and attention to detail, even late in the evening. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointed. My girlfriend placed an order through the McDonald’s app around 4:30 PM, and in the Caesar Grilled Chicken McWrap, we found worms. I’ve attached a video of this, along with the order summary. This is unacceptable, as it suggests the grilled chicken may have been sitting for too long, leading to contamination. This is not up to standard. Unfortunately I am sharing this here to make others aware so they can be cautious, especially with grilled chicken items. I will also be filing a formal complaint. ( can not upload videos )
