I went here with my son this morning. We were one of the first people in the venue - right on opening time. The place was absolutely filthy. I’m not sure what sort of close down cleaning procedure they have before they go home of an afternoon but seeing used bandaids that I had to crawl over with my son was absolutely disgusting.
Please put in plan better cleaning and hygiene practices. No children had even had time to make this mess yet so clearly the staff aren’t cleaning.

I bring my son here almost every week, he loves it. Usually never have a problem with the customer service however today I waited 35 minutes for 1 milkshake. There were only 5 other customers in the whole centre at the time, between placing my order and it arriving I didn’t see any other customers place any orders. Not sure why it took so long? Gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had forgotten my order. So I approach the staff and asked if my order had been forgotten as it had been half an hour since I placed the order. The woman working says to me quite rudely “your order hasn’t been forgotten, I’m about to get to it now”. Huh??? I almost would’ve preferred she tell me my order was accidentally forgotten and then apologised. I didn’t get any apology for the wait at all. I’m sorry but a 35 minute wait for 1 milkshake is absolutely ridiculous considering she said my order WASN’T forgotten. Poor customer service today, I’m really disappointed considering I’m a loyal customer who comes every week and spends at least $50 there each visit.

My 1 year just love this playcenter. It's best for toddler. Enough space for them to move around plus for parents dine in system is amazing and quality of food for kids as well is so good.. I love the fact that their staff is so professional and customer oriented. Will definitely visit again

Absolutely loved this kids playcentre! The space is clean, safe, and packed with fun activities for all ages. The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. Friendly staff, great café options, and excellent value for money. Highly recommend for families!

It's good that they updated the playground and added a new section (well needed). The air ball guns don't work and need maintenance and have so for a long time. Parties are OK but hit and miss with hosts. Food is ok but has gone down a bit in terms of size/quality and costs just as much.
