I ordered a triple cheeseburger which was OK but a little dry. I ordered the new big arch burger in a large meal, which was not bad, very saucy. The fries where realy fresh and good. The raspberry soda was a nice drink wash everything down too. I also got 3 chicken pieces fried which I recommend realy good 👍
The staff where friendly but service was slow. Design of the maccas was nice but the front manual ordering machine didn't issue a paper receipt.

We used to love this Maccas but it’s gone dramatically downhill in recent months. Management that I’ve encountered have been rude, dishonest and incompetent and the quality of the coffee and food has declined also. I ordered food last night that was so bad it had to be binned and the manager was incredibly rude and seemed unable to do her job. I won’t be going back here, such a shame as it was once a great store.

Seemed nice enough. Clean, lots of seats, plenty of parking. The only place in the area that looked good for lunch. Ordered via the self service. Makes it easier to decide. Had the chicken Caesar wrap, which was nice. Also had a Diet Coke. The first in a long time. So good. I do love the sparking water too and mostly get that when I can. Not a lot of fast food restaurants have it, which is annoying. We got the food delivered to the table too which was nice.

Easily the best Maccas in Pakenham. Never had any issues and food always nice and fresh. Will come to this store compared to the other ones nearby to support them during challenging times of the Racecourse Rd renovations.

Toilets were extremely clean, but service was very slow - considering almost no-one inside and 1 car in drive-thru ... Took close to 8 minutes for a simple order.
Otherwise, a decent Macca's.
