Nice venue, the food was lovely and the service was good. I loved the buffalo outside covered with old car parts and the chairs and tables under the trees. Helps give a comfortable environment. One thing not comfortable was on the spur of the moment, on my way out, I noticed the pokies room and went in. It was hot, which no doubt was the reason very few people were in there playing. I got out pretty quickly. Fortunately, the rest of the venue was comfortable. A very warm day so eating in air conditioning much appreciated.
I would recommend eating there, but if you are a pokies person, there would be a warning..

Nice place. We waited about 50 minutes before our food arrived. which was a long time.
The calamari salad was barely warm, nothing special. Friends said their mousse and sticky date pudding (a large muffin) were good. The restaurant was rather cold. The tall, young waiter was friendly and efficient.
The 2 guys providing outdoor music were very good.
Plenty of parking.

Hired the Marquee for daughters 30th Birthday & they couldn't do enough for us. They even allowed to stay a little longer than expected. Everyone commented on the perfect venue for any celebration. Thank you Jamie for your patience

This place should be buzzing unfortunately the staff and food both are a big let down.
Understand staff shortages and expensive wages post COVID, but hey its 2025, there are plenty of other pubs that are performing so good - Rouge Squire, The Nott to name a couple and their prices are pretty much to what Cardinia Park Hotel charges.
Staff:
Took few minutes for front desk person to show us to our table.
Upon seating menus were taken away and told someone will come and take our order.
How are we supposed order without the menus.
Ten minutes pass and no one comes to take the order.
Fiinally had to ask someone how can we order, they were surprised that we hadn’t ordered the food, we were dumb founded too!!
So after 15mins we placed our food and drink orders.
Food:
Lamb Shank had barely any meat on the bone.
Fish and chips: fish was dry.
Bun and breads on the burger and sandwich wasn’t fresh.
Sandwich and burger sizes are too small for what you are paying $26 to $28.
Very disappointed, go spend your money someplace else.

Atmosohere- typical pub to be honest,
Staff- took us to our table and took our order- nothing to write home about
Food- I'm shocked. This place used to be really good, like, REALLY good.
Pork belly, dry as dry, southern fried burger- same- dry and nothing to write home about
We also ordered pulled pork parma, we were digging to find the pork.
If you had have said to me 3 years ago to avoid this place, I would have been shock but now, dont bother, go to Macca's or KFC, at least you know you're getting bad quality.
