Came in here to grab sunscreen and a feed, went into the BP to grabbed the sunscreen that had a price on the shelf for $22.95 and when I went to pay at the counter the man scanned it and it came up at $28.50. I let him know that on the shelf the item was $22.95 (this was in multiple locations. He said something along the lines of “I’ll have to get my manager because I can’t mark it down”. I said okay, the manager came out and for 2-3 minutes was mucking around with the screen saying “I can’t mark this down, I’m not sure I can do this”
Pretty surprising to me that such a large company does not have a process/button in place for marking items downs ect. It is not my problem that you can’t keep up to date with your pricing system. I also work for a large retail giant and when the tag matches the product with the wrong price, we honour the tag which is inline with ACCC standards. Probably best you train your staff better.

Great place to pit stop - heaps of food options; more than your regular servo. $21 for a 10 pack of Tellfast was offensive, though.

Unlike the previous review whom had to do an emergency evacuation of the bowels, I use this BP infrequently, and this BP is better than the northbound one. It has enough diesel bowsers, or it's quieter, I don't know. Maybe it's because people are doing emergency poos. Service is good. I just wish I could see my number plate when I go to pay. You'll understand when you go there.

Good bp. Been here a few times easy to get in and out. Plenty of pumps. Rarely have to wait to get a pump. The window washers are clean and the staff are friendly. Some good food options inside. Drinks are cold and the coffee is hot. The service is fast.

We drop by this every now and then while returning from office, mainly to refill petrol. The place is always clean, friendly staff and smooth transactions. Quite a decent assortment of drinks, snack and other eatables.
