I’m not even mad about the stale chips and nuggets, it was the fact I paid for extra fudge in my sundae and only got 1 layer anyways. Also first time having cold and undercooked meat from Maccas and found a greying hair in the big mac, so thats lovely. I’ve never had such a bad food experience

Dirty as hell. Rubbish on the floor, on and under the tables and during the time we were there no attempt to make a difference. I would have walked out straight away if the rest of the family wouldn’t have ordered already.

Retrain your staff. A manager was the one packing my food (I know because of the shirt) and she forgot 1/3 of my food. Couldnt come back as Im not based in langwarrin and only found out later on but I am very unhappy. Fix your service and maybe you’ll actually get sales. Customers expect good service but this store is far from it. I am beyond shocked by how unprofessional their service is. The store state is so dirty as well.

Waited almost 10 minutes for my food to come. It’s called “fast-food” for a reason, do not come here if you want fast service. My food is missing its maple syrup and cutlery. Eating plain pancakes now because in a hurry to leave. Matcha is horribly made. Do not come here.

Absolutely shocking service, understaffed and slow, rude, took order wrong, we wanted 2 iced mocca, they gave 1, our cofees half full, too hot, no where near being frothy or creamy as a Cappuccino. Then the staff threaten us they would call the cops, when we mentioned order was wrong, they asked us to complain online, nothing they will do to fix it, they wanted us to go around and reorder...an hour wait again...no thank u!
And no! we were not even raising our voices or being rude, we were very polite and respectful, for them to even suggest calling the cops!
