Had a great experience at Red Rooster thanks to the customer service. The young lady who served me I believe her name was Aurora was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference these days. Service was quick, everything was done with a smile, good work team. Rooster rolls always the best at this place.

Breakfast chicken and chips , absolutely terrible it was yesterdays dried out chicken that tasted almost as bad as it looked. There was no one else waiting and I sat for five minutes waiting for other things but to dish this up is just bad I won't spend another cent at this joint again .
So I called up to express my disappointment and I was nicely surprised to hear that along with a sincere apology i was offered a fresh replacement anytime I wanted it.
Excellent recovery that has made things right . Thanks to the nice sister who made things right. I appreciate it.

After a long day at work haven’t eaten anything all day I thought I would treat myself to red rooster…. I ordered through the drive thru and the service was speedy so I was happy with that however when I got home to eat my food I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER!!!! I ordered a large 10 piece cheesy nugget meal although what I got was my large chips and a 3 piece nugget kids meal…. What a joke!!! I paid over $16 for it and I want a refund.
