Excellent meals and service at a competitive price. Great atmosphere for everyone including children's playground a wonderfully large aquarium to satisfy your visual senses.

Lovely surprise. Looked like a top restaurant. Service was quick and very attentive. Food was large size and better than many. Chips were great. Open souvlaki was huge and beautifully arranged. Parma was largest I have seen for ages.

Great place for lunch!
I normally have the seniors meal roast as it is the right size for me at that time.
They have Pokies machines if that is your cup of tea, plus they have a selection of food and coffee. Plus there is always a nice cool beer of other soft drink’s available.
There is a function area for birthdays to book in the main restaurant.

I attended the Chelsea RSL Longbeach yesterday. We were a large group of 16 people celebrating my birthday. We were all extremely impressed with the service and the high quality of food. We were pleased that despite the size of our group, all of the food came out at the same time. As a vegetarian, I have found at other RSLs that my needs are treated as a bit of an after thought however this was not the case at your venue. My meal was fantastic. Additionally the staff were exceptional, checking on us without being intrusive. Thanks for a brilliant evening.

We like RSLs. They are here, there and everywhere and offer a comfortable respite place to relax, sit back and have a meal, snack, drink or chat with friends. The Longbeach RSL is tucked back a little way from Nepean Hwy, a short walk from Port Phillip Bay and the Chelsea shopping strip. There is plenty of parking "round the back or across the Thames Promenade road." Like most RSLs it has Pokey (Pokie?) machines, a Dining area, a Sports Bar with TVs keeping track of sporting events. It also has a very comfortable "break-away" area for sitting back with a cuppa, a coffee, wine and ale. We are Members by choice, and pay a small yearly fee which gives us discount meals and drinks - membership also provides a loyalty points reward system. Best of all is the way the staff always make you feel very welcome!
