This place is always a miss ? Whenever I come to get yummy kfc the food here is never properly cooked it’s either burnt or just not good, I live close by and I love kfc, but this store is just not properly managed or someone is obviously not trained correctly. The food is sub par and this chicken was obviously cooked in oil that was not properly replaced / not temped properly ( Coming from someone who works in fast food.) when I come in into the store employees are seen slacking off on their phones and chatting away even though the place is a absolute mess sometimes. Please get a grip and do your job guys!

Ordered popcorn chicken what I received was over cooked batter. Most of the pieces were just batter no chicken & the few that had chicken were so tough to eat as had been way over cooked! Will not go there ever again!

Went through your driveway service today. Your intercom system wasn’t working properly so was asked to go to the window to make my purchase. My order was for two of the $7.95 hot and crispy chicken. I even said the one that has three pieces of chicken in it. I did make the mistake of saying hot and spicy but was never asked for clarification. What I received was one box That contained four pieces of hot and spicy apparently a promotion you are currently running which I was not aware of until I was told by the person I spoke to on the phone to make my complaint. I received chicken on the bone as opposed to the fillet. I received four pieces of chicken rather than six. All the person on the phone could offer was a sorry about that. This is not the first time I have had issue with an order from this store. Last time it was tenders and popcorn chicken which was inedible due to overcooking or sitting in a warmer for too long it was dry and horrible. Only good for the rubbish bin. Today the quality of the product was reasonable except the coating on the chicken pieces was ordinary.
When I read other reviews that you’re sorry about the experience and come back and will wow you, well I’ve come back and you certainly haven’t wowed me.
I have included one photo from today and photos from May 2023. I certainly won’t be giving you another chance to “wow” me.

Filthy joint, food on floor inside eating areas. Not maintained standards or lack of. Staff need training or management needs firing 🔥. Nice setup, just not looked after. I work in a leading warehouse distribution company, floors are immaculate to this here.

Held off reviewing this digusting place only bc the kids that work here are really nice. My complaint is this place is always dirty. Tables , floors , no soap or paper towels in the wash room .. this is a management problem. I've never seen any kid come out and wash tables or sweep floors. Food was terrible today.. I just didn't have the energy to complain.. just finished work , just wanted to eat & go home.. think I'm done with this place. Would like this review to be taken seriously to improve your overall look on this place and its employees.. feel pretty stink having to write this .. but I won't eat here again ✌🏽
