One of the most beautiful spots in Melbourne to sit by a lake and have a variety of food and or coffee. We come here most weekends.

I’m one of the ones that is astonished at some of these negative reviews. The staff are beautiful people. The location and atmosphere is very relaxing, we sat and had a wonderful breakfast with good people. Coffee was lovely and food was great!

I attended yesterday with a friend and had bruschetta and a burger, it took over an hour to receive our food, the bruschetta was pretty poorly presented there was like 6 chips on my plate enough for a child. the coffee was very bitter and undrinkable, mark did try to amend the situation by giving a free sweet however after buying a take away fruit salad and to find it mouldy after spending $12 on it I threw the dessert and fruit salad in the bin. I’m very disappointed in the nest as I attended with my mum 2 years ago and the food was amazing. Mum passed away recently and I wanted to come back to a good memory and instead it’s been a disaster.

The location is nice, specially when the weather is good, however, I was a bit disappointed with the portion and quality of food and chai late. The price is high for what they serve.

Nice location and situated near the water in a cosy spot within a suburban area. The indoor and outdoor area has a good amount of seating. The food was good. I had the country breakfast that was cooked well, looked fresh and tastes great. Recommend this place for a light breakfast, catchup with family and for those days to go relax for a quiet meal.
